1. General Terms

This document is a binding agreement between kami33 ("Platform", "we") and any individual who registers or uses kami33 services ("Player", "User", "you"). By accessing or using the kami33 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document and the related privacy policy.

kami33 operates under international licensing and offers slots, live casino, sports betting and various other game types. All these services are provided solely for entertainment purposes for eligible users.

2. Eligibility and Registration

kami33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or proof of e-wallet ownership. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Player Account

3.1 Account Security

Players are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials, including username and password. Passwords should be chosen carefully and not shared with any other party. kami33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

3.2 Account Activity

Players are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. Any transaction or bet placed through your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to kami33.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50 and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is also RM50. This requirement applies to all payment methods supported by kami33.

4.4 Payment Responsibility

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kami33 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by kami33 are subject to their respective wagering requirements. Only one player per household, IP address or device is eligible to claim any given bonus. kami33 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses or winnings obtained through bonuses if fraud or misuse is found to have occurred.

5.3 VIP Programme

6. Game Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results recorded by the kami33 server are final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's device and the server record, the server record will apply. kami33 uses an audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as shown in the game interface. These limits may vary by game type and may be changed from time to time without prior notice.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

kami33 is not responsible for any loss arising from technical disruptions, internet disconnection or player device failure during a game session. In the event of a disruption on the kami33 server side, any affected bets will be settled in accordance with the game resolution policy in effect.

7. Fraud and Misuse

kami33 has a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, game manipulation, use of automated software (bots), hacking, or bug exploitation. Any account suspected of involvement in such activities will be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out.

7.2 Money Laundering

kami33 complies with all relevant anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Any suspicious financial transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with kami33's legal obligations. Players are required to cooperate fully in any investigation conducted.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by kami33

kami33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The player violates any terms and conditions stated in this document
• The player is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration
• The player is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• At the request of the relevant authorities
• The player is under 21 years of age

8.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the kami33 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any wagering requirements associated with bonuses must first be completed, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.

9. Limitation of Liability

kami33 is not responsible for any financial loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages suffered by players as a result of using this platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and are fully responsible for their own betting decisions.

The kami33 platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability. kami33 will make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption but cannot fully guarantee the absence of technical disruptions.

10. Governing Law

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation or customer support shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedure established by kami33's licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions that are unaffected shall remain in full force. kami33's failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
